A: We only offer sinks that provide exceptional resistance to stains and corrosion. We believe these type of sinks are made from 16 or 18-gauge type 304 stainless steel. Believe it or not, the lower the gauge, the better the steel. HOWEVER, buyer beware! If a sink states that it's 16-gauge, it may only be such in certain areas of the sink and not consistent throughout the sink. As to configuration selection, select the number and size of sink basins that will best functionally suit your needs.

A: If you’re willing to have a plumber replace the valve(s) (see diagram) on your tub or in your wall, you can change your tub faucet to whatever style currently available on the market. (Keep in mind, if you have a wall mount tub faucet, sometimes this can be done via the room behind the tub faucet, cutting into drywall as opposed to the tile or cultured marble.)
If you don’t want to cut into your walland would like to keep your current valve(s)...
The quietest flushing toilets are one-piece gravity toilets such as KOHLER's San Raphael, Rialto, and Rosario.
These toilets are very quiet because flush noise is caused both by the velocity of water flowing into the bowl, and by water refilling the tank. Quiet toilets rely on gravity for water to flow into the bowl. The quietest toilets are the one-piece design toilets because these toilets flush without a large "head" pressure (water falling a longer distance). Typically the loudest toilets are those that use pressurized flush valves or tanks.
The one piece toilet is designed so the tank and bowl are cast as a single vitreous china fixture. Typically, one-piece toilets have a lower profile than two-piece toilets. Kohler's one-piece toilets offer some of the lowest profiles in the industry. Two piece toilets have a separate toilet tank and bowl secured to each other. They are also referred to as close-coupled toilets. Many Kohler two-piece toilets offer a 3-bolt installation system which provides a sturdy, level connection between the toilet and bowl.
