30 days. If accepted, a separate Purchase Agreement may be required to be signed to formally order materials. All standard or verbal
pricing is subject to change without notice.
Shipping:
At the time of ordering, all shipping is estimated and based on each item's size, weight, shipping method and delivery address. Actual
shipping costs may vary. Shipping estimates are based on locations within the continental US. Please contact a sales representative
for shipping outside the continental US.
Expedited Shipping:
Any expedited deliveries carry an additional charge, when available.
For in-stock merchandise orders, these generally ship same day for all orders received by 2PM PST.
UPS deliveries are not available on Saturday or Sunday.
Shipping to Alaska, Canada, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or US territories is quoted on a per order basis.
Sales Tax:
Faucets Galore of Nevada, LLC collects sales tax for only those orders shipped or received within Nevada. We do not charge sales tax
on orders shipped to any other location. Please see your sales representative if you are sales tax exempt or possess a sales tax
permit.
Damaged Materials:
Do not sign for or accept any products that are visibly damaged. If a product appears to be damaged, refuse the item and notify our
sales department immediately to have a replacement item ordered or issued. Once merchandise is accepted by the customer, it is
assumed to be without visible defects and cannot be returned if visible defect(s) later are identified. Any operational defects will be
handled through the associated and applicable Manufacturers’ warranty. Please see a sales representative for details.
Cancellations:
You may cancel your order, for any reason, and receive a full refund, provided your order has not left the manufacturer’s facility. Our
sales staff can inform you of the status of your order and advise you whether or not the order can be cancelled for a full refund. Once an
item has shipped, the terms of our Return Policy will take effect and a 25% restocking fee will be applied for each item, unless the
return is due to a manufacturer defect or the wrong item was shipped by the Seller or manufacturer.
Returns:
Items can be returned for credit, exchange or refund (minus any applicable restocking fees) within 30 days of receipt. Shipping
charges are not refundable. No products will be accepted for return more than thirty (30) days after date of purchase. All products must
be returned in original packaging and in new, resalable condition. Merchandise deliveries and pickups must be inspected and signed
for, unless visible damage is noted upon inspection. Installed product cannot be returned, unless product is deemed defective.
